Terms of service
The plain terms of the Bridgewood Sites service: the free build, the flat monthly fee, the minimum term, and what you own.
The free build
We design and build your website at no upfront cost. You do not pay to see it. There is no obligation to continue if you decide it is not for you.
The monthly fee
Once your site is live and you have approved it, the service is $349 a month. That covers hosting, one hour of updates a month, and unlimited questions. Larger projects are quoted and approved before any work begins.
Minimum term
A 12-month minimum term applies once your site goes live. After that, you can cancel anytime.
Updates
One hour of updates each month is included. Hours do not roll over. Work beyond the included hour is quoted first so you always approve the cost.
Ownership
You own your content, your photos, your words, and your domain. If you cancel, your content is yours to take with you.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will let current clients know. Continued use of the service means you accept the current terms.
