Questions
The questions contractors actually ask.
Straight answers about the free build, the flat monthly fee, updates, and ownership. No fine print.
The basics
We earn on the ongoing service, not the build. Hosting and managing your site every month is the business. Removing the upfront cost means you can see your new site and decide it is worth it before you ever pay.
There is no catch. You pay $349 a month once your site is live, with a 12-month minimum term. That covers hosting, one hour of updates a month, and unlimited questions. No setup fee, no surprise invoices.
Most sites are live within a week of getting your photos and details. The pace is set by how fast you can get us the material and your approval.
No. Send us rough notes, photos, and your list of services, and we write the site for you. You review and approve every word before it goes live.
Pricing and terms
Yes. After the first 12 months you can cancel anytime. Your content is yours to take with you.
Updates and support
Text changes, new photos, new pages, swapping out details, seasonal banners. One hour a month covers what most contractors need. Larger projects are quoted first so there are never surprises.
Most months you will not. When a bigger piece of work comes up, like a full new section or a redesign, we quote it before we start. You always approve the cost first.
Ownership
You own your content, your photos, your words, and your domain. The site is built for your business and stays your business.
See your new site before you pay anything.
We build it free. You approve it. Then we host it and handle every update for one flat monthly fee.
